Who we are looking for
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented candidate with solid marketing and sales experience, strong relational skills and who can observe and predict the dynamics of a complex market like the Medtech sector.
Your Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Advanced Wound Care Business Unit Director for Spain. You will direct the marketing team in the design and execution of short-term and long-term business area initiatives. You will also provide information and recommendations to influence Corporate Wound Care Marketing department to adapt commercial and marketing strategy in the appropriate way. In addition, you will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders externally and the Sales Force internally. Crucial in building bridges between various stakeholders will be your previous experience in the medical device industry and your relational skills.

Requisitos
1. Holds a master’s degree in marketing, business administration or health science.
2. At least 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device sector, with solid sales experience, especially in managing diverse sales channels.
3. Can demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure strong dialogue and cooperation.
Skills
· Strategic and analytical business mindset
· Have an excellent command of Spanish and English.
· Sales experience is an asset
· Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder management abilities to ensure effective communication.
· Strong online and offline marketing competencies combined with solid business acumen.
· Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and digital marketing tools (SEM, PPC, Salesforce, Eloqua are an advantage).
Residence in the Madrid area with the possibility of flexible remote work (2 days per week).
