We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Specialist to join our Corporate Talent team.
This professional will be responsible for designing and overseeing talent management processes, ensuring their implementation with the highest quality and rigor.
They will coordinate global succession plans, manage global assessment providers, and ensure the development of strategic profiles. Additionally, they will support countries in performing these functions by providing them with effective tools.

What will you do in this position? Develop and maintain talent management processes, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Ensure the effective and rigorous implementation of these processes globally at the local level.
Analyze and manage succession programs to ensure leadership continuity and key talent within the organization, collaborating with the People and Organization units.
Select and manage assessment vendors to ensure quality and consistency in talent evaluation.
Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate corporate responsibility coverage processes globally.
Ensure that the development plans for priority profiles are aligned with the company's objectives.
Provide tools and resources to HR teams in different countries for the effective implementation of talent management processes.
Offer continuous training and support to ensure the adoption of best practices.
What do we need you to know? Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in succession analysis, profile evaluation, and assessment vendor management.
Skills:
Communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors and internal collaborators. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. Knowledge of best practices in talent development and human resources management. Continuous improvement and transformation orientation, strategic thinking, results orientation, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility.
Tools:
Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is a plus.
English Level:
C1 (Advanced) You will be working with English speaking countries.
