* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for HR analytics

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, tailored for the UAE and remote work environment
* Provide data-driven insights to senior management on HR metrics and trends
* Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a remote setting
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
* Design and manage end-to-end remote recruitment processes
* Develop targeted strategies to attract top talent in the Gulf region
* Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to select high-caliber candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
Onboarding and Integration:
* Create and implement comprehensive remote onboarding programs.
* Develop culturally sensitive orientation materials specific to the UAE.
* Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture, despite physical distance.
* Employee Relations and Engagement:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
* Develop and implement strategies to maintain high employee engagement in a remote environment
* Conduct regular pulse surveys and analyse results to inform HR initiatives
* Mediate conflicts and provide resolution strategies in virtual settings
Compensation and Benefits:
* Manage compensation and benefits programs in compliance with local laws and market practices

* Communicate benefits information effectively to remote employees
Training and Development:
