BettingJobs are excited to be working with a fast-growing company based in Barcelona who are seeking a CRM Executive to join their team. As a CRM Executive your role will design, develop and execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels.
The CRM Executive role would suit a marketing professional, with knowledge of CRM techniques, who is fluent in both French and English. This is a great opportunity to develop skills and begin your iGaming career.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging.
* Collaborate with teams to design and implement promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Create compelling and personalized content for various communication channels, leveraging creativity to resonate with diverse audiences.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
* Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to refine marketing actions and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Develop and implement automated lifecycle communication funnels to enhance customer journeys and improve retention.
* Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Requirements:
* French Native & Fluent in English.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or CRM roles, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
* Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
* Proficient in CRM techniques, including segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
* Basic knowledge of HTML for email and web content is a plus.
* Experience with CRM tools, particularly Fast Track CRM, is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
