The role
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies that drive business growth and expand our global member base.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Sedex’s business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Create detailed marketing plans that match your business goals and target audiences.
3. Create and manage the entire campaign process across different channels, including online, social media, email, webinars, events, and direct mail.
4. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
5. Work with different departments to create a process for choosing which accounts to work with.
6. Ensure stakeholders are kept involved and understand what’s happening with the program.
7. Use data and industry best practices to provide in-depth analysis, insights, and interpretation.
8. Be accountable for driving target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation Marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
2. Successfully created and implemented marketing programs that increase demand and build customer relationships.
3. Experience in marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions, particularly in sectors related to environmental impact.
4. Comprehensive skills in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Google ad suite.
5. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
7. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient, and productive.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
