We are currently looking for a Wind Data & Reporting Lead for the Albacete office.
The Wind Data & Reporting Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and economic objectives of Global Wind O&M department, standardising processes, reports, follow-up, taking into account each particularity of each Project or Service, looking for optimisation and continuous improvement at operational and economic levels.
The role involves leading, managing and coordinating a team and ensuring that their support is, for the Project Managers, a reference point that facilitates their work, management, follow-up and control of their projects.
Functions:
1. Delivery of client reporting:
- Compilation and study of Client KPIs in each Wind Maintenance and Services contract.
- Study and compilation of specific operational/economic KPIs for each Wind Maintenance and Services project.
- Reporting and monitoring of Work Orders in own CMMS and in Client systems.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual (operation and maintenance) reports according to client requirements, on time and in correct form to customers.
2. Delivery of internal operational and economic KPIs and improvement insights:
- Define operational management model for each project by designing application flows and documents.
- Preparation and publication of operational control visualisation.
- Study and analysis of KPIs, operational results and data that provide useful information about the status of projects: work delays, repetitive alarms, availabilities, delays in reports, material consumption, efficiency of technicians, inventory status, etc.
- Detect deviations, trends, problems, etc. Propose approaches for correcting deviations.
- Identify areas for improvement. Making and managing valued proposals (internally and externally) with the aim of optimising human/technical resources and anticipating future needs.
- Conduct brief periodic meetings with Directors, Coordinators, Managers to analyze data from the Scorecard and Operational monitoring.
3. Systems and processes:
- Establish a systematic collection of information to prepare reports and establish templates, formats, and dynamics for sending to the Directors of each Project and/or Clients (Int/Ext).
- Design of Operational Dashboard for each Wind Maintenance and Services project.
- Systematic design and launch of data collection tools and repositories to feed Reports, and Operational Dashboard.
- Support in the development of internal tools to improve the management of maintenance projects (Ingeboards, CMMS, human resources portal for the control of technician's hours, etc.).
- Create and improve procedures and processes.
4. Manage team:
- Ensure best practice in team is upheld by all members, for example in the diagnosis and escalation methods.
- Development of team capabilities and services in line with company strategic objectives, continuous and process improvement.
- Support Global Head of D&A in departmental budget forecasting and management.
- Maintain records to demonstrate the value added from the service.
- Line management of team, including staff development, performance management, approving timesheets, expenses and holidays.
- Capacity planning and recruitment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experienced with data entry, data analysis.
2. Experience in management Wind Maintenance services projects of at least 2 years.
3. Degree educated, or equivalent, in technical subject Engineering preferred.
4. English level B2-C1.
5. Advanced level IT in Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Access.
6. Training in PowerBI.
7. Knowledge of other office applications and functionalities: web repositories, office tools for shared-collaborative use.
8. Knowledge of corporate tools: CMMS, Pentaho, Ingeboards, SAP.
9. Training in data analysis and processing – Big Data.
10. Knowledge of any of the following would also be advantageous: SCADA systems, CMMS.
