About our Cocktail Bar
Our conceptual cocktail bar is developed in collaboration with The World's 50 Best Bars partner, aiming to create a spectacular fine-drinking beverage program that is part of the local gastronomic and beverage community and a must-visit destination when in Catalunya.
Our cutting-edge bar program serves a curated selection of beverages, equally excited about wine, spirits, niche categories, and local and seasonal produce as much as we are passionate about cocktails.
We are looking for genuine self-starters, highly motivated individuals with a passion for drinks, food, service and hospitality with entrepreneurial outlook and 'can-do' attitude. A creative mindset and ability to make things happen.
What you'll do
Your role is to join pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona to successfully open and launch our cocktail bar and lead the growth, maintain the standards of excellence, and always seek to improve performance of all areas of our business and to train, manage and motivate our team whilst fostering company culture.
You will be working closely with Director of Food & Beverage and assistant of Food & Beverage Director in day-to-day operations, staff training, managing compliance and ensuring health and food safety standards are adhered to and we expect you to work in service.

* Build training plans and conduct training
* Management of orders and stock taking
* Product costing and pricing strategy
* Conducting staff induction
* Management of Health and Safety
* Management of Food Safety
* Management of compliance
* Management of maintenance
* Analyse sales and market data
* Order management
* Assist with hiring process, conduct performance appraisals, and make personnel-related decisions.
* Track and control team productivity and operational expenses to ensure profitability
* Ensures that food and beverage products are of the highest quality and presented to the highest standard
* Supports the Director of Food and Beverage in administrative tasks, departmental reports, and strategic planning
* Implement and enforce cash and payment control policies within food & beverage areas, ensuring compliance among staff
* Prepare monthly management accounts with accounting department.
