IENAI SPACE is an early-stage startup located in Madrid, developing an end-to-end ecosystem of in-space mobility products, including propulsion systems and engineering SaaS. We are a highly innovative company in the “New Space” sector; the team is made up of a dynamic and multidisciplinary group of engineers, PhDs and developers, looking to revolutionize space mobility for the adoption of propulsion products in the smallest of satellites. We recently kickstarted our commercial phase with our first product: 360™, a Mission and Space Mobility analysis SaaS.

How will you contribute to IENAI SPACE?
As an Administrative Accountant Intern, your mission will be to provide support in administrative and accounting tasks to optimise time and allow a more strategic approach in the management of taxes, accounting and purchasing. In addition, you will directly assist in the daily tasks of the area.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Billing: preparing and issuing invoices, managing and filing related documentation.
* Bank and accounting reconciliations: carry out basic bank reconciliations, control income and expenditure and assist in the tracking of payments and collections.
* General administrative tasks: organising accounting documentation, assisting with loading data into systems (Click-up, Holded, etc.) and liaising with suppliers for payment and documentation.
* Day to day support: assistance with documentation and reporting and collaboration.
What will make you succeed?
* Bachelor's degree or FP student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.
* Experience in similar administrative and accounting tasks.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and bank reconciliations.
* Experience in the use of electronic invoicing tools.
* Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc).
* Experience with management systems such as Click-Up, Holded or similar will be a plus.
* Organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Proactivity.
