The project
As part of the global Talent Acquisition Team, your mission will be to attract, charm, and hire the right candidates to join our Internship & Graduate program, for the Head Quarters in Madrid and International Offices and Showrooms.
Being in contact with hiring managers from different executive areas such as Design, Merchandising, Finance, or Marketing, you will have a complete overview of the corporate positions of a company present in over 80 countries and 4,500 employees.
What will the role entail?
1. Responsible for the recruitment processes ensuring vacancies are managed within scope, budget, and timeframe.
2. Execute the Corporate Onboarding process, managing the company presentation, welcome kits, and office tour, in person and online.
3. Build a recruitment talent pool, benchmark, and knowledge of the fashion industry.
4. Develop and lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Employer Branding actions, participation in University Job Fairs, and usage of Social Media and Job Portals.
5. Contact point for Universities and Payroll, managing student’s agreements, renewals, and hiring process.
6. Regular reporting of results, maintaining an HR Analytics view.
Requirements
1. Minimum experience in a specialist recruitment and / or internal career HR role of 2-3 years. Desirable a project mindset.
2. University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or similar. Master Degree is desirable.
3. English level C1.
4. Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point).

2. Management of priorities, identify and respond to emergencies, as well as deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
3. Be able to face any type of audience, adapting your communication to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.
