With present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, so the project are international and a unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns.We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Platform Manager, where you will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms.What would your duties be?Ensure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the marketsEnsure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA-s of campaignsOwning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and quality.Technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolsetDebugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT supportDocumentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processesDevelopment and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc., within Salesforce Marketing CloudCreation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications), and HTML contentCollaborating with the Campaign Support Services.Communicating & close collaboration with Platform Management OmnichannelWhich are the requirements for this position?Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.Excellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a big plus) and concepts - specifically, experience in enterprise marketing automation tool (ideally, at least 2-3 years of tool-specific experience), knowledge of CDP is a big plusTechnical marketing automation certification preferred (ie.
