We are looking for an Account Manager who will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers.
Main responsibilities:
* Analyze current markets and explore opportunities in new ones.
* Lead and nurture commercial relationships in assigned markets, managing the customer portfolio through visits, identifying needs, and detecting business opportunities.
* Propose and implement an annual business plan.
* Assess and offer tailored solutions to secure sales contracts with new clients by aligning products and projects with their specific needs.
* Oversee project execution to ensure commitments to customers are fully met, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
* High level of both oral and written English.
* Valuable other languages (German, Japanese).
* Proactive, with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making.
* Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.
