Role Purpose:
To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved, and operational efficiency is maximized.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Creating partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
2. Assisting the program management team to maximize the enrolment for study abroad programs or higher study courses at universities abroad.
3. Achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.
4. Sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
5. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine satisfaction with company products and services.
6. Conducting business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.
7. Providing insights into product development and competitive positioning.
8. Developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
9. Presenting company offerings and negotiating business deals with potential partners.
10. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
3. Willingness and ability to travel.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
8. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
9. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
10. Experience in B2B Sales in the Edtech/Education Industry/Agent Network/Institutions is mandatory.
