Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor is wanted to join our client (BPO Consultancy) team in A Coruña.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
* Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
* C2 or fluent in Portugal Portuguese (C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
* Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable.
* Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.

* Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
