The Challenge
We're looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer (SE) to help drive business development and sales growth by providing technical expertise, competitive positioning, and product evaluation support to prospective customers for the OneTrust Platform within our Commercial Business Unit (CBU).
Your Mission
* Assist as the technical expert during major sales opportunities, including the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and proof-of-concept evaluations to showcase OneTrust’s capabilities in meeting customer objectives.
* Support Sales Teams in client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to align solutions with customer needs.
* Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, technical integrations, partner integrations) to stay up to date on product capabilities and future direction.
* Develop a strong understanding of OneTrust’s solutions and integrations, helping to guide customers on best practices.
* Maintain all sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com CRM.
You Are
You have a strong interest in technology, sales, and helping customers solve business challenges. To thrive in this role, you are eager to learn about the privacy industry, regulatory environments, and evolving customer needs while working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your Experience Includes
* 0-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry and/or an Enterprise Cloud-based Software company.
* Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (Spanish, French, German, etc.).
* Strong presentation and communication skills—able to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
* Experience selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
* Strong ability to build relationships across stakeholders in sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and succeed in a rapidly evolving organization.
* Willingness to travel as job requires (estimated 10-25%).
Extra Awesome
* Familiarity with SaaS solutions, integrations, or API concepts (not required but beneficial).
* Exposure to privacy, security, risk, or compliance industries.
