Talent Management Associate Director (m / f / d)
Location : Hybrid (8 days / month) in Madrid, London, Paris, or Alphen Aan Den Rijn

Mission : The Talent Management Associate Director partners with the Corporate Performance & ESG Division (CP&ESG) HRVP and HR Business Partner team to establish, operationalize, drive, and manage the Division talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Partner with the CP&ESG HRVP and LOB team to establish and manage the Division talent agenda aligned with Wolters Kluwer talent strategy.
2. Analyze metrics and qualitative data to provide insights on talent needs and measure effectiveness of DEIB and talent processes.
3. Support implementation of core talent processes and improve talent outcomes.
4. Manage Division wide talent brokering for director and executive roles.
5. Shape and deliver an integrated plan for improving Engagement and Belonging.
6. Define and prioritize capabilities needed for enterprise talent strategy.
7. Articulate Division talent priorities to Global Talent COE.
8. Manage at least one significant global talent initiative annually.
9. Support HR and business leaders in building a talent culture.
10. Provide direction to HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support a diverse talent pipeline.
Job Qualifications :
1. Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or organizational leadership.
2. 7+ years of related HR experience in a public corporation.
3. Proven track record of driving positive talent outcomes.
4. Ability to navigate large, global organizations and manage talent projects effectively.
5. Demonstrated organizational agility in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
