Responsibilities
* You will create and implement innovative BI dashboards, products, and KPIs, helping our local Asset Management teams be successful. You will provide architecture consulting, design, and conception expertise within the IFS-BI environment, and custodian of spare parts inventory related data intelligence product suite (Power BI, Smart insights, IFS lobbies, self-service, process mapping, IMS Inventory Management System, etc.).
* You will ensure all Inventory related KPIs and insights have purpose and relevancy, aligning business needs to user interfaces, across APMT business functions and functional leads as necessary, providing fact-based leadership and influence in inventory-related initiatives through strong data analysis and insights.

About You
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain).
* More than 5+ years of experience in a similar BI architecture design role.
* Experience working with supply chain and asset maintenance data from ERP or standalone systems such as IFS, SAP.
* Proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
* Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
* Critical thinker with strong analytic modeling and technical skills, capable of analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
* Analytical mind with ability to plan, manage, organize and prioritize.
* Demonstrated high soft skills as well as structuring, follow-through, and implementation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with global multicultural appreciation.
* Proven track record of successfully managing transformation initiatives within organizations.
This role is a local hire, ideally based in Spain, but will consider other locations within the European time zone.
