In industrialization department, our mission is guarantee the technical/digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence performance.
Our way of working is built upon trust, based on the principles of collaboration & cooperation, autonomy/accountability and flexibility. Our activities are split into missions whose set-up are integrated in different Space business, such as Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
1. Define, specify, implement and support Industrial means according to process requirement and ergonomics standards focus on a spacecraft equipment automatic Production line.
2. Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers to successfully ensure delivery on time, on cost, on quality for Industrial means defined with relevant collaboration supply chain organization.
3. Lead Industrial point of view for Design for manufacturing processes in collaboration with Engineering department.
4. Define automatization processes, machines programming and maintenance strategy roadmap.
5. Define digitalization requirements for industrial means to be aligned with Production tool suite.
6. Lead support and troubleshooting in the shop floor at Industrial means level.
7. Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.
8. Support and lead continuous improvement according to Production needs/feedback: Kaizen, PPS, defining Industrial means requirement.
9. Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs.
10. Simulate scenarios and define way forward for production ramp up.

Education & Background requirements
Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering
At least 5 years experienced leading in Automatization and programming machines processes Industrialization/Improvement Projects (Production and Test Systems, Lean, MES..).
Digital mindset (automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators)
Electronic manufacturing and Test processes knowledge will be valued positively.
LANGUAGE skills required: English & Spanish

Airbus Crisa (CRISA, Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería S.A.U.) is a Spanish company founded in 1985 to design and manufacture electronic equipment, systems and software for space applications, specialising mainly in satellites, launchers, orbital infrastructure and space transportation vehicles. Other activities include engineering projects for ground control stations.
Airbus Crisa currently belongs to the Space Equipment organisation in the Space Systems division of Airbus Defence and Space, although it is a legally independent company (CRISA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U.) which currently employs more than 450 highly qualified people. Airbus Crisa is located in the Madrid Technology Park in Tres Cantos.
Airbus Crisa is a reference in the international space equipment market for which we provide solutions and products to most of the prime contractors in the sector, both national and international.
