Store Manager M/F - Ibiza - New Store Opening - Fixed term contract (full season - 8 months)

We are currently seeking an outstanding Store Manager to join our new store opening in Ibiza (CDD full time (40H) 8 months for the full season) starting February. The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success, embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand by bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard where team members feel inspired to come to work.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
* To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge.
* Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs.
* Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus, and discipline.
* Follow the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store.
* Oversee the stocktake and ensure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared, and conducted in accordance with our PP.
* Check timesheets are completed.
* Ensure the merchandising, window display, and the team’s presentation and wardrobe are done in accordance with our PP.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
* Profound experience in a similar leadership role (knowledge of customer habits, area, etc.).
* Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
* Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry.
* Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
