Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist - Clinical Informatics – Urology & Radiology
Job Description:
In this position, you have the opportunity to drive the digitalization of the healthcare system together with a dedicated team by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology, and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a special strategic focus on growing the Sales of our Urology solutions – prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion guided biopsy hardware - as well as growing the Sales of our large set of AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology, in the Iberia region.
Your role:
* Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Iberia, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
* Acts as the knowledge expert on product, supporting overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise across the accounts.
* Delivers customer presentations focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition, addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategy, and supporting tender strategy and quotation identification.
* Monitors competition and industry changes, providing effective feedback to sales and marketing organizations, including suggestions for expanding product offerings.
* Achieves established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and meets monthly/quarter/annual selling targets.
* Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage and brand recommendation to meet and exceed direct sales targets.
* Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage, selecting the right promotional tactics to maximize promotions.
* Conducts monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews within the respective area.
* Focuses on optimized product mix to push sales volume.
* Ensures orders are collected and turnover targets are reached.
* Commercially co-responsible for developing business partnerships with customers, focusing on consultative sales.
* Sells according to prices agreed by account management and in accordance with commercial policy.
* Limited negotiation for mixed and decentralized accounts.
* Ensures queries are solved effectively, balancing service and cost.
* Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN methodologies.
You're the right fit if you have:
* Extensive clinical experience with specialized training and a completed degree (technical or medical).
* Several years of professional experience in sales or application of medical systems & solutions in the field of Urology.
* Experience in the Radiology domain is an advantage.
* Very good knowledge of healthcare processes.
* Good English skills.
* IT knowledge, especially in Healthcare Informatics is an advantage.
* Good knowledge in the area of eHealth.
* Good knowledge of reimbursement structures in healthcare in Iberia.
* Convincing and reliable demeanor with high sales and IT affinity.
* Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills.
* High self-initiative and reliable task completion.
* Ability to understand and solve problems independently, escalating to appropriate levels when necessary.
* High commitment and willingness to travel most days of the week.
* Motivated to work independently and efficiently organize yourself.
* European driving license.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and skills in handling new IT and communication tools.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is a field role.
