Roles & Responsibilities
* Looking after client's hotel portfolio and ensuring the onboarding process is followed on a project/hotel basis.
* Follow internal procedures for content (review and administrative).
* Be in touch with several internal departments when needed to ensure procedures are followed and projects advance.
Requirements
* Great level of English.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (tourism background or customer service experience is a plus).
* Must have access to a stable internet connection.
