For our office in Barcelona, Farmaprojects is looking for a new Junior Account Manager to join our Sales Department from January 2025.

Jr. Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Coordination of Multi-Disciplinary team, securing the mirror contacts between Accounts and organization, updating cross functional matrix of contacts.
* Opening and ensuring fluent and direct communication channels between all functions across both organizations
* Ensuring Account´s Service / satisfaction, from contract signature to LCM
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Accounts
* Budget Realization of assigned accounts
* Demand follow up and action plan vs deviations
* Follow up and establish communication channel on production deviations affecting outstanding orders
* AWs follow up, especially for New Launches
* Follow up New Launches plan Day 1, including all requirements of the signed projects.
* Follow up COGS evolution and how they affect budget. Open COGS improve request when required.
* Price negotiations
* Follow up and request strategic Life Cycle Management of the Products for accounts assigned.
* Pursue growth opportunities for existing projects and mature products, for assigned accounts
* Negotiation of Territory extensions for assigned Accounts and
* Negotiation of L&S Agreements for mature products
* Negotiation of Termination Agreements
* Assuring all documentation and questionnaires required to perform the business, are arranged and delivered on time
* Follow up:
* Dossier delivery for signed Agreements
* Deficiency Letters reply within time lines
* Variation packages submission
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
· Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical Sales, with minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
· Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
· Basic Project Management Skills.
· Secure handling of common MS Office programs, databases, excellent knowledge, and handling of data sources
· Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
