What you will be responsible for?
* Actively acquire new customers (mainly end-users)
* Conduct sales based on customer needs verification and consulting
* Present solutions and products offered by the company
* Create and nurture relationships with customers, making them feel fully taken care of
* Promote our company as a great business partner, using every available communication channel
* Strive to provide our customers with the best possible service
* Collaborate with every department of our company - from accounting to logistics - to ensure that our customers are always satisfied
* Develop sales and product skills through the knowledge of our internal experts and external training from our partners
What you bring:
* You have at least 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
* You are fluent in Spanish
* You speak and write English at least communicatively (B2) without stress
* You act pro-customer, prioritize the customer's needs, and utilize the organization's resources to assist them
* You enjoy working with people and effective communication is part of your daily routine
* You approach work and new challenges with full commitment
* You are self-reliant and meticulous, able to organize your daily duties to effectively achieve your sales goals
* You are motivated by results and take joy in your and your team's achievements
