We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at General Mills in Spain and Portugal. This is a challenging role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies for General Mills brands in Spain and Portugal. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing Field Business plans in collaboration with Key Account Managers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives;
* Managing the Field Sales Team and communicating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies;
* Achieving defined KPI targets, including distribution, share of shelf, and promotional execution, through data analysis and strategic planning;
* Building strong relationships with the point of sale and internal teams to drive business results;
* Analyzing data and utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Economics; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred;
* 2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in FMCG;
* Fluent English (C1) and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and creative thinking, as well as excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
