We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager Junior (France Focus) to join our growing international sales team. This role focuses on managing and developing the French market and selected Key Accounts, driving growth and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage relationships with clients in the French market and assigned Key Accounts.
2. Support the implementation of growth strategies for the French region and other allocated territories.
3. Collaborate closely with Country Manager and the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
4. Coordinate with sales agents and internal departments to manage client needs and resolve issues.
5. Organize and participate in sales meetings, client visits, and trade shows.
6. Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations for agents and Key accounts.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a sales role or similar.
2. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
3. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian) is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
