ABOUT THE JOB
As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will participate in the HR & Travel Expenses team and provide support to the Technology Team Leader. You will support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems, focusing on payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination in development work. You will ensure that issues are discussed and resolved effectively and coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
You will manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers regarding planning, execution, and quality control. A proactive interaction with the end-user community is vital to the team's success.
Team:
The HR & Travel Expenses team manages TUI's corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses, working in an international environment supporting HR departments across various countries.
ABOUT YOU:
– SAP HCM process experience running all payroll-related processes:
1. Payroll run and activities
2. Social security reports
3. Taxes reports
4. Payroll Accounting
5. Payroll payments
– Customizing HCM:
1. Personnel administration
2. Payroll
3. Time Management
4. Organizational management
5. Self-service portal
– Apply SAP Notes:
1. Responsible for implementing semi-annual legal change packages in HCM
2. SAP Note Issues & New legal requirements
– Deep technical knowledge of SAP HR modules:
1. SAP HCM
2. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Integration with SAP HCM)
3. ABAP/4 programming
– Support in Change Management Processes:
1. Participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central with a focus on migration and replication of employee master data
2. Coordination of external consultants
3. Onboarding of new users
– Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, payroll functions.
– Previous experience in SAP HR consulting.
– Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
– Fluency in English and German is a must; other languages are a plus.
