What will you do in your new role?
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding business opportunities across multiple sectors, including Home & Beauty, Spirits, and Wines. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with premium brands to offer tailored packaging solutions that meet their unique needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Develop new business opportunities : Identify and establish relationships with brands in key international markets across the Home & Beauty, Spirits, and Wines sectors.
* Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
* Tailor commercial strategies : Create and implement commercial strategies focused on innovation, sustainability, and differentiation to meet the specific needs of each sector.
* Participate in key industry events: Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote the brand and attract new clients.
* Lead high-value contract negotiations : Negotiate and secure high-value contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
* Collaborate on innovative packaging solutions : Work closely with design and development teams to create premium packaging solutions that align with current trends and sustainability initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated, proactive individual with a passion for business development and strong experience in the packaging or branded goods industry.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, ideally in the packaging or consumer goods sector, with a focus on premium packaging.
* Industry knowledge : Strong understanding of the Home & Beauty, Spirits, or Wines sectors, including current trends in packaging design, innovation, and sustainability.
* Languages: Fluency in English is essential. A second language, such as French, Italian, or German, is required.
* Negotiation skills: Proven ability to manage high-value contracts and build long-term, profitable relationships with brands.
* Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. An MBA or specialized training in packaging or the consumer goods sector is a plus.
* Travel availability: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
