Your main role is to give direct technical support to internal and external customers regarding product/application information, product selection, and special quotations. This includes addressing technical inquiries, providing solutions, reviewing design and quote documentation, and ensuring that technical aspects align with the clients' needs and expectations.
Your responsibilities :
* Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements, as well as proactive offerings of value-added alternates/solutions for the customer.
* Coordination with cross-functional teams like sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams during the process.
* Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools.
* Evaluating proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization’s quality standards.
* Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
* Responsible for the duly transfer of documentation to the Project team after award.
* Provide feedback to the product management team on highly requested special features.
* Visiting customers on demand for technical support to the commercial team (Sales).
Minimum Requirements :
* 5 years of experience at least.
* Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
* French and English languages are highly appreciated.
* Spanish is a must.
* Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
