Skillset :
* Human Resources and Office Administration
Schedule :
* Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain.
* Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance.
* Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations.
* Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager.
Requirements :
* An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken.
* Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Resources from a Spanish institute.
* Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Spain and EU labour compliance.
* Willingness to work in a changing / developing environment where team work is a must.
