Your role
We are looking for an Organizational Design Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational structures on a global scale. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to drive organizational standards while working closely with key stakeholders across HR and program teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Organizational Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain efficient organizational structures, including matrix setups and global frameworks.
* Process & Standards Implementation: Support the articulation and implementation of global organizational standards, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
* HR Technology & Data Management: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to support organizational modeling, reporting, and workforce planning.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and program teams to translate business needs into effective organizational solutions.
* Data Analysis & Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support organizational decisions, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Change Management: Support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication across teams.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in Organizational Design, HR Strategy, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a strong plus.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and program teams.
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
