Job Description
We are looking for a Manufactoring Coordinator to join the Packaging team at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing plan, controlling the manufacturing processes on a production line, ensuring that volume, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise the production schedule and control the manufacturing processes in each shift and the correct operation of the equipment, resolving and making decisions on the impact of the manufacturing processes.
* Propose the manufacturing schedule according to the capacity of the planned manufacturing lines to optimize the productivity of the lines in the area.
* Investigate incidents, deviations, and OOS analytical findings produced in the equipment and processes of the area and notify them to Quality Assurance for batch release.
* Communicate, coordinate, and monitor equipment breakdowns in the area with both internal personnel and external maintenance providers to resolve the problem.
* Develop the manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment, establishing critical parameters and their ranges for the introduction of new products as well as improvements.
* Review work procedures related to manufacturing equipment and production processes, as well as coordinate and train personnel in the equipment area for their correct use.
* Perform audits to customers with Quality Assurance to defend the quality system of the area.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in Natural Sciences/Engineering or Technical Engineer. Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry highly valued.
* Languages: Spanish essential. Advanced English.
* Experience (years/area): +4 years of experience in people management positions in production in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Specific knowledge: Industrial management.
* Travels: Open to travel occasionally.
