Tasks
Supply a consultative sales approach to maintaining accounts as well as acquiring new customers.
* Telephone management (costumer support & sales).
* Account manangement, regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.
* Create and manage quotations and documentation
* Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
* Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximize company profit margins.
* Provide hands-on customer support.
Requirements:
* Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills.
* Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
* Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
* Fluency in German is a must.
* Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid.
* Willingness to learn and understand new business/technical concepts.
