Our Strategic Consulting Team in Spain is composed of +45 fully dedicated consultants, all coming from reputable consulting firms and with focus on three main pillars:

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of consultants, you will work with our Investment Strategy team with real estate and operators clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness through projects such as:
* Investment strategy definition: Assist real estate funds in defining an investment strategy in a new niche or market by analyzing demand drivers, stoppers, and the gap with current supply, getting international benchmarks, defining the business and operating model, and building up a business plan that achieves target returns.
* Due diligence projects: In the context of a potential transaction, assist buyers or sellers in performing commercial and/or financial analysis of the opportunity in the market, reviewing BP hypothesis and providing support in deal issues to consider. Coordinate technical and ESG teams and consolidate their conclusions.
