Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and support our team.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, enthusiastic, curious, and dedicated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for students.
-Build strong relationships with residents, resolving complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
-Process documents and payments, ensure rooms are ready for student arrival, and complete welcome pack documents on check-in.
-Levy correct charges to student accounts on check-out and effectively traffic work to maintenance and housekeeping departments.
-Assist the Residence Manager with in-house administration, demonstrate company product knowledge, and uphold core values through outstanding customer service.
-Perform general office duties, including correspondence, filing, answering telephones, and maintaining the smooth running of the reception area.
-Sign in and out guests, monitor building security, and report any suspicious activity to the Assistant Manager or Residence Manager.
-Accept and distribute mail and parcels for residents and staff, process in-house related requests, and handle Sales Enquiries and the Letting Process.
-Comply with policies and procedures, liaise with all departments, and maintain a positive working relationship.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday / Shifts / 40 weekly hours. Type of contract: permanent. Start date: September.
