Belonging to the Business Intelligence department in the Operational Excellence Team, the candidate will:
1. Support data analysis, data extraction, and updates of needed reports.
2. Optimize and develop improvements regarding current analysis & reports.
3. Update recurrent dashboards, planning their updates in advance with the team.
4. Sustain the integrity and availability of data to support the company’s growth.
5. Contribute to creating a culture of data-driven decision making.
6. Collect, monitor, and analyze KPIs by business area.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Engineering degree.
2. High command of English, both written and spoken.
3. A master's in data analytics, statistics, or Big Data is a plus.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
1. Ability to manipulate data sets and build statistical models.
2. Knowledge of programming based on statistical computer languages: R or Python.
3. Knowledge of querying databases with SQL.
4. Knowledge of using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
5. Desirable: knowledge of visualizing/presenting data with Power BI / Tableau.
6. Desirable: knowledge of Google BigQuery or other Cloud Big Data Platforms (Azure, AWS).

CONDITIONS
1. The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120, 7th floor).
2. The tutor will be the VP Operational Excellence Analytics.
3. Duration: 6 months + 6 months (1 full year).
4. Full-time internship.
