What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Sales Business Developer with a high capacity to advise and coordinate a complete international commercial process. The ideal profile is that of someone preferably with experience in the electromobility sector in sales or keen to go deeper in electromobility or sustainability projects, with the desire to consolidate and grow within one of the sectors with the greatest impact.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Search for new customers.
* Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential buyers, prospecting and building a relationship with them.
* Analyze and understand the needs of customers and prospects, identify potential projects, set up a tailored sales pitch.
* Create and monitor commercial offers.
* Conduct commercial negotiations and conclude the sale.
* Identification of those influencing factors for the sale that allows improving the capturing and closing of opportunities.
* Support to commercial management, positioning itself as a reference contact among our clients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or other related fields.
* + 4 years in a similar position.
* Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts, selling and consulting.
* Talented to establish relationships of trust due to knowledge, communication and empathy toward the client.
* Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creativity as a problem solver, desire to build from the ground up.
* We are a young company, so we are looking for a growth mind.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Availability to travel.
* Fluent English is a must.
* Driving license and car.
