We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Madrid!
Job Context:
You would be integrated into the Talent Acquisition & People Partner (international markets & corporate positions) team. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, as part of a highly ambitious and motivated team dealing with different markets. Supported by your manager, Sophia Schmidt-Román, you will be responsible for recruiting sales profiles on the Belgian market.
Outcomes to be Accomplished:
1. Management of Recruitment for Belgian French-speaking Vacancies: Management of the recruitment process from A to Z: analysis of needs with the managers, publication of advertisements, selection of CVs, headhunting on LinkedIn (or each relevant sourcing technique), setting up and conducting interviews, follow-up of candidates until negative feedback or their arrival and updating of our follow-up tools; Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and you update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisition; Management of the onboarding process: You make sure all newcomers are properly welcomed and ensure an efficient collaboration with the administrative team.
2. Ensure a Great Candidate Experience: Continuous process improvement: in collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team and while respecting the recruitment processes implemented at group level, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible. Ensure an efficient, professional, and friendly recruitment process to every candidate, no matter the final decision regarding their application.
Profile:
You’re looking for a first international experience in HR and have the following qualities:
* You understand the importance of recruiting the best team to work with you and know how to analyze candidates’ abilities.
* You speak French (perfectly) and English (fluently), German would be a big plus.
* You are objective-focused and give visibility to people around you about your progress.
* You are proactive and always anticipate finding solutions for all kinds of possible problems.
* You are a team-player and actively listen and understand your coworkers’ viewpoints.
* You are a creative person and you are recognized for your sense of innovation by your colleagues and friends.
