We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our B2C subscription product. This role is crucial in launching and growing our subscription model, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our subscription strategy aligns with business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
What you’ll do:
* Subscription Launch & Growth: Oversee the go-to-market strategy for the subscription model, ensuring a smooth launch and continuous growth.
* Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain subscribers, leveraging paid, organic, and partnership channels.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Content, and Community teams to align marketing initiatives with product updates and audience needs.
* Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Generate and test innovative ideas to optimize subscriber acquisition and engagement, using data-driven insights.
* Community & Partnerships: Identify and leverage partnerships, influencers, and community engagement to drive awareness and conversions.
* Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.
You’re the perfect match if you have:
* 3+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on subscription-based business models.
* Strong understanding of the crypto industry and its audience (trading as a hobby is a plus).
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, and user acquisition
* Ability to analyze key performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
* Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
