There is an opportunity to work as Station Manager at Palma de Mallorca Airport, leading all aspects of operations and managing assigned activities according to the business plan and direction from the Head of Airports and acts within the scope of ABG guidelines. Reporting to the District Manager, the role involves managing a team made up of 20 staff members and plays a key role in supporting and developing them with daily activities to serve customers effectively and improve location profitability. This includes revenue and operational performance, team management, and reporting activities. Ensuring compliance to all internal controls and security measures and demonstrating behaviors that support Corporate Social Responsibility. You will also be involved in monthly reports, competitive information sheets, contracts, business correspondence itineraries, customer complaints, call reports, expense reports, etc., accurately and timely, as required. Core activities include: Track performance levels to establish goals with the store teams to create action plans and performance improvement strategies, increasing ancillary sales and growing market share. Motivate, coach, and support the team to increase inside and outside sales, revenue and profitability, developing a customer lead environment. Communicate relevant performance and operational news, issues, updates, reminders, and procedural changes to the team. Recruit, train, develop, motivate, coach, evaluate and counsel employees to ensure customer service, sales and quality standards are met. Manage fleet to optimize revenue per unit, utilization, and customer service. Manage and develop business relationships and promote ABG brands within communities. Build relationships with airport authorities and partnerships with airlines. To be successful in this role you will be: Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience. Minimum 5 years experience in field operations, particularly in a transportation, retail related field demonstrating capability in all core fields: Customer Service; Sales, Logistics, Finance. Fluent in English and Spanish for communication with the team, customers, and stakeholders. Valid Drivers License. Openness to working flexible schedules, including weekends.
