This role ensures financial compliance, optimizes revenue streams, and enhances channel profitability.Collaborating with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams, the specialist will drive financial accuracy, process improvements, and data-driven decisions, playing a key role in scalability and operational excellence.Key accountabilities1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments from channel partners.• Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve disputes with customers.• Coordinate with internal teams to handle credit assessments, payment terms, and credit limits for partners.• Work closely with banks and financial institutions to optimize payment processes.2. Channel Finance Management• Oversee financial operations related to channel sales, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.• Monitor and analyze channel financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for channel sales.• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to evaluate the financial impacts of promotions, rebates, and discounts.3. Channel Discount Management• Take the lead in managing the full value chain process with an RRP-oriented approach, ensuring that discount accruals are accurately maintained and reviewed in a timely manner• Enhance the Channel Discount management process by optimizing workflows and improving documentation, ensuring alignment with relevant departments.• Prepare comprehensive reports on Channel Discount balances, promotion budget accuracy, and other key financial metrics to track KPI performance effectively.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Liaise with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.• Provide financial insights and support to enhance channel profitability and efficiency.• Assist in process improvements and automation of financial workflows.Your profile• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in channel finance, accounts receivable, or related financial roles, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry.• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit management, and AR processes.• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, Skill in SQL, Power BI, Visual Basic are a plus.• Good understanding of Spanish financial regulations and tax laws related to sales and accounts receivable. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a business-driven mindset and a resultsoriented approach.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are a plus.• Accounting certificates like CMA, ACCA are a plus.
