Summary
Responsible for the maintenance process management of 75 to 85 stores, regional offices, and hubs. Management of day-to-day operations of the maintenance department team, execution of the corrective and preventive maintenance plans to assure the stores' operation and the correct functionality of the equipment. Makes the selection, training, and supervision of 2 to 3 maintenance technicians and vendors in the preventive maintenance activities to electrical installations, air conditioning, and general areas. Responsible for the monitoring and preservation of the stores' appearance working together with operational areas within labor security normativity. Administers an annual budget of $6.5 MM. This position manages staff, work orders, and projects in a timely and professional manner.
Position Responsibilities:
* Planning and execution of stores' preventive maintenance program.
* Daily follow-up to the tickets solution supported with suppliers and technicians.
* Structured store visit for image monitoring and physical conditions of installations and equipment. Suppliers and technicians supervision.
* Recruitment, selection, and training for maintenance technicians and suppliers.
* Annual maintenance budget administration, quotations analysis, revision, and deployment of supplier invoices.
* KPI's follow-up and action plans execution for energy saving.
* Coordination and execution of major CAPEX projects, equipment renewal, and support to operations in store resets.
* Planning and execution of the annual store floor cleaning program, waxing, and shining.
* Inspection, evaluation, and reception of new stores from the construction department.
* Execution of the annual maintenance program for the firefighting equipment.
Position Requirements:
* Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
* Area of Study: Engineering.
* Years of Experience: Three to five years.
* Type of Experience: Experienced in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance programs for retail companies.
* Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong in managing people and vendors, task lists, spreadsheets, web applications, and able to organize and plan at a high level all while completing and overseeing maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis. Able to manage multiple tasks or projects at once.
