Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process with a focus on quality, TCO, and risk mitigation.
2. Work with stakeholders to define sourcing strategy.
3. Negotiate contract renewals and statements of work with existing suppliers.
4. Negotiate new supplier contracts.
5. Able to confidently negotiate contract terms and conditions with a good understanding of contract law and IT contracts.
6. Support supplier relationship management for key suppliers.
7. Support the development of category plans.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, align diverse views, and gain consensus.
9. Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resources, and uncertainty.
10. Language skills: English mandatory, Spanish beneficial.
11. Some travel to other locations will be required.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, in IT-related services.
3. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
4. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Solid understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies in procurement.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
8. Professional certification such as CPSM or CPM is preferred.
9. Fluency in English; Spanish is a must.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and industry events.
