New Retail Category Operations Manager
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES
Responsibilities:
1. Target management: Set targets for the Mobile Phone/PAD and AIoT categories and follow up on achieving them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
2. Product management: Responsible for product life cycle management, including product planning for introductory, growth, maturity, and end-of-life periods. Develop launch plans based on product features, selling points, and competitive analysis. Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments to implement launches and achieve results.
3. Sales management: Responsible for sales achievements in the Mobile Phone/PAD categories. Regularly analyze sales data, review summaries, and develop category trading strategies.
4. Market insight: Collect information about the market, industry, and competition. Conduct product analysis and positioning, formulate corresponding Hit Plans, and promote implementation. Monitor sales throughout the product life cycle and summarize experiences and methods.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
2. Passionate about sales, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry.
3. Ability to monitor and analyze the mobile phone/PDA category, regularly analyze relevant data on products, industry trends, and competitors, and propose optimization solutions based on analysis results.
4. Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
5. Clear logic, strong execution ability, and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
