WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
1. +5y Experience as a business analyst/functional expert in Supply Chain, OMS, TMS, WMS, or a relevant/related functional area.
2. Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
3. Strong business analysis and analytical thinking skills.
4. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Extra Skills:
1. Experience working on Supply Chain, OMS, TMS, WMS initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP system, POS system, and e-Commerce.
2. Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain module.
3. Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Provide expertise, context, and direction to assist our business operations and the tech teams on new developments and implementations.
2. Ensure the OMS/TMS platform is implemented on time, within budget, and meets the defined requirements and specifications.
3. Seamlessly integrate the new OMS/TMS platform with existing legacy systems (ERPs) without disrupting current operations.
4. Apply functional knowledge of supply chain flows, especially in eCommerce and Retail landscapes, to optimize the OMS/TMS implementation.
5. Leverage expertise in OMS platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, or Microsoft D365 IOM to ensure the best fit for the organization's needs.
6. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including IT Product Managers, Enterprise and Solution Architects, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support throughout the implementation process.
7. Provide technical guidance to the implementation team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
8. Contribute to developing and delivering training programs for end-users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support of the new OMS/TMS platform.
9. Together with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, establish a continuous improvement process to monitor the performance of the OMS/TMS platform and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
