As the Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the delivery strategy, both through third-party platforms and the brand's own channel, to maximize sales. This includes managing key commercial relationships, driving performance across both sub-channels, supporting franchisees, and ensuring sustainable and high-impact growth for the delivery business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement promotional calendars for both third-party platforms and the brand's own delivery channel to drive growth.
* Lead media performance strategies across all delivery channels.
* Analyze and optimize CRM and loyalty programs for the brand's own platform.
* Negotiate successful commercial agreements with third-party aggregators to maximize benefits for the business and franchisees.
* Assess performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and expand delivery operations.
* Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to maintain a competitive pricing strategy.
* Work alongside the Operations team to implement continuous improvement initiatives with third-party partners.
* Maintain strong relationships with external delivery partners and franchisees.
* Identify and onboard new third-party delivery partners.
* Monitor and evaluate performance across all aggregators.
* Engage with Operations, franchisees, and restaurant teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance service quality.
* Liaise with the legal department on contractual matters as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working in a 3rd party delivery aggregator.
* Good business and communication skills.
