Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Paid Media Manager to join one of Spain’s fastest growing digital agencies. They consistently work on the cutting edge of paid media technologies to drive competitive advantages for their clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Create, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
2. Strategize and create digital plans for clients while reporting consistently and accurately for internal business units.
3. Manage, build, and motivate your team to exceed business goals and targets.
4. Production, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of multi-platform digital advertising campaigns.
5. Leading, motivating, and growing your team.
6. Delivery of insightful reporting to the paid media director.
7. Developing campaign proposals for clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in PPC roles.
2. Experience with Google Ads, Social Ads, and Google Suite (DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager).
3. Team management experience (2+ people).
4. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar fields.
5. Certifications accrediting your knowledge of advertising platforms.
6. Good English skills, B2 or higher.
7. Affiliate, programmatic experience (not essential but a distinct advantage).
8. Client-facing experience including proposal creation/presentation.
