Responsibilities:
* Supervising works carried out by the different contractors of the specialty.
* Maintenance of all documentation generated by the projects, manage documentation updates. Distribution and control of the final documentation once the facilities (installations) have been completed and received.
* Review and verify the amounts executed (measurements, hours). Verifying the data and comparing it with the rest of the units involved, detecting and reporting possible interference in conflict solving.
* Develop technical offers in his or her specialty, aimed at all projects of corporate engineering.
* Elaborate annual continuous evaluation of material suppliers for the projects, providing a record of all anomalies in the construction phase, adding the information report in due time and in accordance with the procedures.
* Review the building specifications that may be edited, either new or modified. Present proposals to improve the standard specifications for each project. Detect possible risks and suggest preventive measures in accordance with the current regulation.
* Manage all existing profiles in the electronic PdT’s.
2- LANGUAGES:
Spanish fluently.
3- CAREER EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
4- COMPUTER SKILLS AND SOFTWARE:
Handling of Microsoft Office.
5- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
An immediate hiring is a requirement, so you should be a citizen of the European Union or have a valid Work Permit to work in Spain. It would be an option for candidates who match the requirements of the job position, with enough experience on the duties exposed, and a real level certification in engineering, to enable the procedure to obtain the residence permission in Spain and legal assistance to live and work in this country.
