Junior IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Ebury Malaga - 4 days in the office and 1 day from home office working policy
The Department
The Position
The post holder will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the Service Desk team as required. The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Network Infrastructure and Desktop operating systems, plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects, activities and cloud-based infrastructure.
Duties/Areas of Responsibility
1. Assisting with the on/offboarding process in accordance with HR requirements and procedures
2. Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
3. Completing internal user moves
4. Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
5. Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed
6. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs & Chrome OS devices
7. Provide local and remote desktop support to 1200+ users in 24 global offices
Other
1. Prepare and maintain documentation where appropriate
2. Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
3. Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers at all times
4. Out of hours work may be required on an ad hoc basis or as needed
Personal Attributes
1. Ability to work under pressure is a must - Ebury is a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
2. Able to work on own and use initiative
Required Experience
1. Basic level understanding of the Windows OS
2. Fluent in English

1. Google Workspace
