OverviewAs a Junior Project Manager at dyvenia, you will be part of the Delivery team supporting the planning, coordination and the execution of projects. The project managers assist the team in continuously improving their way of working, support creating and adoption of templates, facilitate communication and ensure alignment with Agile PMO frameworks (Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall) and timelines for the world’s biggest organizations.What will you do at dyvenia?Project work - Support portfolio managers to determine the scope project - Communicate project progress appropriately to different audiences - Document executed work, progress of a project and generate reports - Delegate, supervise and also execute small tasks and projects under hands-on and regular support of more experienced team members.- Change management: educate the team on quality standards and ensure agreed strategies are being followed and implemented in the teams- Prioritize tasks as needed to meet project objectives and flag up any risks to the portfolio manager.- Document executed work accurately.- Create documentation for processes and findings.Communication and collaboration:Be ready to support other team members or projects if priorities requireTrain backup resources for tasks when neededCollaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on tasks.Actively participate in company initiatives, including external workshops, internal programs, and tool/product developmentTake detailed notes of work performed and key meeting takeaways.Ask questions and request feedback to be able to take accountability for the tasks/ dutiesShare knowledge, insights and findings to foster team growthAble to use the STAR framework of communication (Situation, Task, Action, Result).What will you need to be successful in the role?
