Digital Transformation Leader
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Mungia, Spain. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment process for various roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partner, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team.
* Carry out profile briefing meetings, advise on search strategy and process, collaborate with external partners, write and post job advertisements, screen incoming applications, and proactively source candidates.
* Conduct and schedule interviews, maintain effective administration of the recruitment process and candidate tracking, provide feedback to candidates, and elaborate and present offers.
Requirements:
* University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in recruitment in a challenging recruiting environment with a focus on international and industrial/engineering roles.
* Strong sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially LinkedIn, and experience with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI.
* Customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a remote and matrix environment, accountability, follow-through, and detailed orientation are key competencies.
* Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects.
* Excellent English skills.
