AVA is partnered with a leading OEM in the wind energy sector. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the successful delivery of wind energy projects.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of wind turbine projects - from planning and procurement through to installation and commissioning. You’ll serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full lifecycle of wind turbine projects
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
* Act as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders
* Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Report project progress to senior management and clients
* Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing renewable energy or wind turbine projects
* Background in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering (degree preferred)
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to travel to project sites as required
